Cancellation Policy

Due to our limited availability for bookings, the $200.00 deposit is non-refundable. There is a $50 administrative fee if rescheduling within 30 days of the event. A credit will be placed on the account to be used within 24 months.

In the unfortunate event, we have to cancel due to mechanical issues, we will notify you right away. You will have the option to reschedule your event or request a full refund including the deposit.

Building long-lasting relationships with our clients is our goal and we will make every possible effort to accommodate your scheduling needs.

Weather Cancellation Policy

Monkey Movers reserves the right to cancel your event in advance due to unsafe weather conditions. If we cancel your event due to unsafe weather you can reschedule your event for a later date or request a full refund including the deposit.
